Just a solid selection for a lightning trip in Newport with fantastic value for money. The hot chocolate at the cafe was delicious and really warmed us up after being out in the cold. Make sure to try Cara's three-course meal, it was exquisite!

Looking out at Easton Bay was a treat for me. The food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding. A lovely experience overall.
My room had a view that overlooked a terrace where staff occasionally passed by, which limited our privacy. The air conditioning was not effective and led to discomfort during sleep.

We enjoyed a walking tour, taking in the breathtaking Mansions and the Cliff Walk. The Terrace was a highlight, with games and a caviar station. The staff made sure every detail was perfect, and that complimentary car service was a nice perk. Be ready to spend a bit more, but it’s worth it for something special!
One downside was that some amenities felt a bit pricey without the exceptional experience to back it up.

after a mediocre stay last october, this visit exceeded all expectations. the beautiful rooms had stunning ocean views and impressive amenities like heated floors and automated blinds. the staff was attentive and friendly, always one step ahead to meet our needs during the two nights we spent here.
the bar closing at 9pm was disappointing.

Staying here with my family was a delight! The views from our room were breathtaking, especially from the semi-private veranda. For a fun twist, we enjoyed the Terrace's caviar station and even played some billiards. It added a personal touch to our vacation.
My kids wished for more family-friendly activities available on-site.

Not to mention the breathtaking ocean views and the super friendly staff that made every moment special. And those packed lunches? Talk about a foodie treasure on the go! Can't forget the delightful dining experience at the hotel restaurant – that Wagyu steak was a slice of heaven!
Now, the hotel bar closing at 9pm was a bit of a bummer for a 5-star spot, right?

missingWrote a review on Jul 21early baruncomfortable pillows
Our room overlooked a terrace where staff occasionally passed by, prompting us to keep the blinds drawn to maintain privacy, which detracted from the in-room vibe. The hotel bar closes at 9 PM, a bit early for such a high-end spot. The pillows could've used more comfort, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough for a good night's sleep.

Couples looking for luxury escape
It was clear this place had it all figured out. The service was perfect, like a well-oiled machine. Everyone was so attentive.
But don't get me wrong, it wasn't cheap.
